Join F.R.E.E. Fitness coaches Tony Nguyen, Max Larocque, and Ty Khan for an 8-week strength series dedicated to enhancing the strength, mobility, and injury prevention of Edmonton runners. In each 60-minute session, you’ll learn the fundamental exercises designed to strengthen your muscles, reduce wear and tear, and optimize your performance in both short and long-distance running.
