Join us every week for a fun time as we connect with Zumba!!! All we need is a beat, let it move you. It is all about dance and groove designed for everyone regardless of fitness level. Zumba class is the ultimate fitness party. Zumba blends upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for an effective, total-body workout. This re-occurring workshop will take place every Thursday at 6:30pm-7:30pm. This workshop is open to all women identifying folks. Snacks will be provided. Zumba is in-person only. Location
