BollyX is a Bollywood inspired high intensity dance workout. It not only includes rhythms of Bollywood music but also incorporates sounds from south India, Indian folk and desi-pop. It is a very inclusive and extremely beginner friendly workout class. The instructor is certified to teach Low impact as well which means the class is going to have super fun modifications as needed.
