Sculpt is a dynamic & energetic class that focuses on a combination of strength, cardio, and stretching. It incorporates slow holds with quick bursts or sequences of more challenging fitness-focused movements. Often in Sculpt we use hand weights, blocks and/or bands to enhance the practice.
