Join us for a workout with CPS physical training instructors from our Fitness Unit. Instructors will conduct exercises focusing on different components of overall fitness and connect how they relate to the physical abilities required for frontline police officers. Maybe you’ve already decided to apply and want to know more about the application process, or perhaps you want to learn more about how police officers work with their community – we’ll be ready to answer your questions.
