Fit Nights: Move and Meditate

We spend time working through tension and tightness, through intentional movement and breath. You will need a mat, light weights (kettle bells, steel mace, light weights, steel club, bands). You can start program with just light weights and figure out what you want to get after your start. You can stay for the second part of the night for intentional breath, meditation and sound. This will be a mix of music on the speaker and sound bowls. Or, you can come just for this part. You will need a mat, blanket, pillows, anything that will keep you comfortable and warm. Location
