In addition to this iconic dish and all of the fixings, you'll make a pumkin soup and a popular street food called festivals. It may be January but we will be bringing you the island vibes and heating up the kitchen. Immerse yourself in the flavors, aromas, and stories that define Jamaica's gastronomic heritage and leave with the skills to recreate these delicious dishes in your own kitchen. Whether you're an experienced chef or a beginner in the kitchen, this event welcomes all skill levels.
