Started in 2019 in conjunction with Winterruption festivals in Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg and Calgary’s Big Winter Classic, Winterruption YEGworks closely with the local business and the arts community of Edmonton.

The mission of the festival is to provide an inclusive, diverse and representative showcase of music and comedy in a winter setting in downtown Edmonton.
