Participants will identify limiting beliefs that no longer serve them while learning tools and techniques to move past fear, self-sabotage and old emotions that have been holding them back. Learning how to love yourself fully is the foundation of this program. As a certifed Heal Your Life workshop teacher, as well as being certifed for teens, Terri provides a safe, loving environment to begin your own personal journey of healing and growth. Terri always provides beautiful visualizations, a'rmations, inner child work, and helps clients release limited beliefs, heal past trauma, and move forward to create a positive mindset.
