The OCF received 5 quota spots per category and gender, and so some of these spots may not be available following Speed Provincials despite this application process. As per the OCF Rules, only athletes who participated at the Speed Provincials on Sunday, January 28, 2024 are eligible to compete in Speed Nationals. However, understanding individuals may have not been able to attend the Speed Provincials, the OCF is opening this application process for individuals who wish to attend Nationals. Location
