What is the CMTA?

The Canadian Motorcycle Tourism Association (CMTA) helps riders and road-trippers explore Canada with more confidence and better experiences along the way.
Through our touring-focused directory and trip-planning resources, you can find Rider Friendly® places to stay, eat, and explore—plus discover routes, communities, and must-see stops that make your next adventure easier to plan and more enjoyable to ride or drive.
We also support safer travel through our Never Ride/Drive Alone program, sponsored by Intercon Messaging, giving you a simple safety net so you can ride farther and feel more supported on the road.
Behind the scenes, we work with tourism businesses by offering training and tools that improve customer service and traveler readiness—so when you pull in after a long day, you’re met by people who understand touring and are ready to help.
